VEGAN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

(serves 6)

Kit:

Blender

Pots

Ingredients: 

2 ripe avocados 

2/4 cup plant based milk 

1/4 cup Kuka cold brew

¾ cup cacao powder 

½ cup liquid sweetener 

1tsp vanilla extract/paste 

Pinch of salt 

2 tbsp melted coconut oil 

2 tbsp cacao butter 

Decoration ideas:

Granola 

Chocolate 

Cacao nibs 

Superfood trail mix 

Caramel

Method:

In a blender add all the ingredients, except the coconut oil and cacao butter. Blend until smooth.

While the blender is still spinning add the oil and butter. 

Pour into your chosen cuts and pop in the fridge for 2 hours.
